Lagniappe Environmental has conducted numerous Phase I assessments, FCC/NEPA screens, Wetland Determinations, Environmental Assessments, Wetland Permits and Geotechnical Investigations for various telecommunication clients in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Texas and Michigan since 1997. Over 1,000 sites have been assessed. Clients have included SBC (275 sites), Sprint PCS (200 sites), Nextel (150 sites), Verizon Wireless (400 sites), Entel Technologies (60 sites), Eatel/Meretel (35 sites), Radiofone (50 sites), Baton Rouge Cellular Telephone Co. (12 sites) and the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office (2 sites).

Over 1750 individual reports have been prepared for these clients including 600 Phase I ESAs, 900 FCC/NEPA screens, 150 Environmental Assessments, 150 wetland evaluations, 70 wetland delineations and 50 wetland permits. Lagniappe Environmental has also provided over 150 geotechnical investigations, numerous lead based paint and asbestos samplings, several Phase II ESA investigations and other services.
