Verizon Wireless - Gulf Coast Region
Lagniappe Environmental has worked for Verizon Wireless since 1997. LE has been involved in over 400 individual sites for Verizon Wireless and has conducted numerous Phase I assessments, FCC/NEPA screens, Wetland Determinations, Environmental Assessments, Wetland Permits, Archaeological studies, TCNS communications, Wetland Mitigation Studies and Geotechnical Investigations in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida and Texas. Lagniappe Environmental has provided project management services and project updates on a weekly basis for Verizon.  Moreover, its approved Verizon tower sites have added $40 million in capital investmentto Verizon’s overall network.

Nextel Communications – Louisiana, Mississippi
Lagniappe Environmental has worked for Nextel Communications since 1997. LE has been involved in over 150 individual sites and has conducted numerous Phase I assessments, FCC/NEPA screens, Wetland Determinations, Environmental Assessments and Wetland Permits for Nextel in Louisiana and Mississippi. 

Sprint PCS - Louisiana
Lagniappe Environmental has worked for Sprint PCS since 1997. LE has been involved in over 200 individual sites and has conducted numerous Phase I assessments, FCC/NEPA screens, Wetland Determinations, Environmental Assessments, Wetland Permits, Archaeological studies, TCNS communications, Wetland Mitigation Studies for Sprint PCS in Louisiana. LE has also provided project management services and project updates on a weekly basis for Sprint. The initial 1997 budget for 100 sites managed by Lagniappe Environmental totaled $750,000.

SBC Communications – Louisiana
Lagniappe Environmental was retained in 2000 by SBC Communications to conduct audits of over 275 Radiofone telecommunications towers in Louisiana. LE visited all 275 sites and noted their environmental condition and provided a site assessment for each site. LE also provided project management services and project updates on a weekly basis for SBC Communications. The budget for the review of the 275 sites managed by Lagniappe Environmental was completed in four months and totaled $250,000.
