Compliance Audit – Sanitation Department, New Orleans, Louisiana
Lagniappe Environmental conducted a Compliance Audit of the Sanitation Department of the City of New Orleans. LE conducted departmental reviews, site audits, contract reviews, regulatory reviews and operations oversight for all contracts administered by the Department of Sanitation. The facilities audited included vehicle fleet facilities, transfer stations, recycleries, landfill disposal sites, recycling programs, waste tire collection sites and curbside collection programs. LE prepared a final report that outlined deficiencies and provided recommendations to get each contract and contractor into compliance. The contract amount managed by Lagniappe Environmental totaled $40,000. |
